Getting crafty at Christmas

The Creativity Retreat family have been getting very crafty in the lead up to Christmas, so we wanted to share with you some of our makes and bakes!

There’s nothing quite like a Christmas project, especially when you can get together, have a giggle and get stuck in. It’s not always about the end product but appreciating being able to get creative and channel your efforts into something fun.

Some of the crafts we’ve made here will be featured at our next retreat but taking on a Spring theme, so if you fancy getting crafty check out the info on our retreats page here.

Festive wreaths and a contemporary Christmas tree! Diane will be coming along in March to show you how to get green fingered!

Rudolph and his friends spotted in the forest! These were so much fun to make and we’ve even scaled up Rudolph, perfect to go outside the home or by the tree. Can anyone see a sausage dog sneaking in there!?

Some Christmas Gingerbread, perfect for that morning cuppa and an epic Christmas cake with some cheeky robins making snow angels!

We got a bit fed up of cardboard chocs in our advent calendar so Lottie got busy and made a big advent calendar that you can re-fill every year, with all your favourite goodies!

Pottery painting some little elf/fairy houses which make lovely little tealight holders!

We hope this has inspired you to get crafty this Christmas and hope to see some of you at the retreat next Spring! Love from Lottie and The Creativity Retreat team x
